Has the overall responsibility over all dealer- assigned TSO’s, to ensure all technical process has been implemented following the right process including technician’s competency. Responsible in enrolling and tracking technician’s certification level via the STARS XP, thru the reports provided by TTI-Global and Ford FSE, and to ensure that the certification pathways of Service Managers, Service Advisors and the DCRCs with Ford/Ford Academy are consistently met. Handle PDI warranty claims and updates with brand departments and distributors. Communicate with the warehouse and PDI team on vehicle status, inventory, and needed parts or services.
