The PDI Admin Assistant coordinates the scheduling and flow of vehicles within the warehouse. Ensures all vehicles are inspected per dealership and brand standards before delivery or transfer. Assists in documenting and tracking inspections, completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Manages transfer documents like Gatepass and Vehicle Checklist for vehicle transfers. Maintains accurate records and proper filing of PDI documents. Updates and monitors inventory records for vehicles in PDI.

Oversee the PDI process to ensure vehicles are inspected for defects, cleaned, fueled, and compliant with dealer and manufacturer standards.
