Aircon Technician
Check/diagnose all aircon units for repair, repair aircon unit, perform PMS, check completion of installed or repaired by contractor, sourcing of aircon parts for emergency repair, install/dismantle of aircon units, reprocessing of aircon units, recommend if aircon units are beyond repair, recommend aircon type of unit needed per location.

DCRC Supervisor
The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer service operations within an automotive dealership or service center. This role ensures that all customer interactions—whether related to vehicle sales, service, or after-sales support—are handled professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards. The supervisor leads a team of customer service representatives, resolves escalated concerns, and works cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience.

Delivery Specialist
Proactively deliver the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that come into contact with the Dealership’s sales department, specifically to manage the keep me informed process, preparing the guest’s car for delivery, and managing the guest’s big day of car delivery.

Driver
The Driver is primarily responsible for the transport of demonstration units or units for sale from origin to assigned destinations and the proper maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle. In relation to company operations, he is responsible for the safe transport of passengers on official trips to and from assigned designation. He also acts as messenger for the company.

Electrician
Check dealers for unsafe electrical conditions, replace, repair, and rewiring of existing lines, diagnosing of electrical wiring/breaker/equipment, electrical layout, repair/diagnose for pump and compressor, installation of lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets, internet cable installation.

Guest Experience Manager
Proactively leads the delivery of the Ford Guest experience throughout the dealership and is the constant inspiration and central point of focus across the dealership for consistently and enthusiastically treating all customers as special guests at all times, in all ways.

Job Controller
The Job Controller is responsible for ensuring that the actual completed services comply with quality specifications and customer requirements. The Warranty Processor is responsible for the provision of administrative concerning approval, processing, and documentation of warranty service transactions of the company.

PDI Admin Assistant
The PDI Admin Assistant coordinates the scheduling and flow of vehicles within the warehouse. Ensures all vehicles are inspected per dealership and brand standards before delivery or transfer. Assists in documenting and tracking inspections, completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Manages transfer documents like Gatepass and Vehicle Checklist for vehicle transfers. Maintains accurate records and proper filing of PDI documents. Updates and monitors inventory records for vehicles in PDI.

PDI Supervisor
Oversee the PDI process to ensure vehicles are inspected for defects, cleaned, fueled, and compliant with dealer and manufacturer standards. Ensure all documentation and vehicle markings (e.g., VIN, chassis number) are complete before delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Distribution teams for smooth vehicle preparation. Handle PDI warranty claims and updates with brand departments and distributors. Communicate with the warehouse and PDI team on vehicle status, inventory, and needed parts or services. Resolve issues related to vehicle readiness or inventory discrepancies.

Releasing Officer
The Releasing Officer is primarily responsible for the provision of administrative and technical support on the provision of financing services to automotive unit purchasers including follow-up transactions with banks and financial institutions. He / she assists in the documentation of the sales transaction prior to the release of the purchased units.

Sales Consultant
Responsible for the generation of sales of automotive units and ancillary services as financing and insurance and ensuring the delivery of units to buyers upon completion of the sales transaction.

Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the supervision of the efforts of sales consultants related to generation of sales of automotive units and ancillary services such as financing and insurance. He / she may be directly involved in selling activities unilaterally or in support of sales consultants.

Service Advisor
The Service Advisor is primarily responsible for direct contact with customers to provide advisory services related to required automotive service / repairs and consequently undertaking coordination with other work units of the organization to meet such requirements.

Service Manager
Responsible for the overall accountability of a company's service business requirements, ensuring that business needs are being met. Manage the Service Department and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.

Technical Service Officer
Responsible in assisting on the implementation of technical trainings for all employees; ensures service compliance to quality care service and standard operating procedures set by the FGP. Helping coordinate training services offered and may have also some clerical duties. Tools and equipment monitoring including inventory audit.

Telemarketer
Responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer engagements—via phone calls, emails, and online platforms—to promote and sell Ford genuine parts. Provides basic product information, responds to online inquiries, generates leads, and builds long-term customer relationships.
