Oversee the PDI process to ensure vehicles are inspected for defects, cleaned, fueled, and compliant with dealer and manufacturer standards. Ensure all documentation and vehicle markings (e.g., VIN, chassis number) are complete before delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Distribution teams for smooth vehicle preparation. Handle PDI warranty claims and updates with brand departments and distributors. Communicate with the warehouse and PDI team on vehicle status, inventory, and needed parts or services. Resolve issues related to vehicle readiness or inventory discrepancies.

Responsible for the actual over-the-counter selling of parts and accessories and the issuance of parts and accessories for incorporation into service and repair transactions.

The Releasing Officer is primarily responsible for the provision of administrative and technical support on the provision of financing services to automotive unit purchasers including follow-up transactions with banks and financial institutions. He / she assists in the documentation of the sales transaction prior to the release of the purchased units.

The Sales Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for the coordination of release of purchased units from the company’s holding areas to the respective purchasers.
