Job Description
The PDI Admin Assistant coordinates the scheduling and flow of vehicles within the warehouse. Ensures all vehicles are inspected per dealership and brand standards before delivery or transfer. Assists in documenting and tracking inspections, completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Manages transfer documents like Gatepass and Vehicle Checklist for vehicle transfers. Maintains accurate records and proper filing of PDI documents. Updates and monitors inventory records for vehicles in PDI.

Qualifications
1. Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a technical field related to the industry (e.g., Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering).
2. Work Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in logistics, quality control, manufacturing, or customer service. Experience in PDI processes, dealership environments (for automotive), or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
3. Technical and Administrative Skills: Documentation management: Ability to handle inspection checklists, delivery paperwork, compliance forms. Data entry & record keeping: Accuracy in updating records and inspection reports.MS Office proficiency: Especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4. Industry Knowledge: Automotive: Understanding of basic vehicle features, inspection criteria, VINs, service records. Manufacturing: Understanding of product specs, defect reporting, quality assurance steps.
5. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Willing to work flexible hours or shifts when necessary.
