Job Description
Responsible for the overall accountability of a company's service business requirements, ensuring that business needs are being met. Manage the Service Department and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.
Location: Ford Baliuag, Ford Marilao, Hyundai Abad Santos, Hyundai Balintawak, MG Pampanga, Suzuki Auto Batangas, Suzuki Auto Marikina, Suzuki Auto Angeles, Suzuki Auto Fairview
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
*3–5 years’ experience in automotive service operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
*Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
*Knowledgeable in workshop management and vehicle maintenance processes.
*Proficient in MS Office and service management systems.
*Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
