Job Description
Has the overall responsibility over all dealer- assigned TSO’s, to ensure all technical process has been implemented following the right process including technician’s competency. Responsible in enrolling and tracking technician’s certification level via the STARS XP, thru the reports provided by TTI-Global and Ford FSE, and to ensure that the certification pathways of Service Managers, Service Advisors and the DCRCs with Ford/Ford Academy are consistently met. Plan, execute, and track the technical requirements for the service group, working closely with the dealer TSO and the Service Manager, and Ford Zone SEO, and to ensure that the technical quality and service objectives of the Technical Service Group are also met.

Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field like Automotive.
*At least 5 to 7 years in Automotive Industry is a plus
*Self-driven and motivated with a positive attitude
*Ability to develop open and cooperative dealer relations
