Job Description
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the supervision of the efforts of sales consultants related to generation of sales of automotive units and ancillary services such as financing and insurance. He / she may be directly involved in selling activities unilaterally or in support of sales consultants.
Location: Ford North Caloocan, Honda Cars Tagum, Mazda Quezon Avenue, MG Makati, MG Malolos, Suzuki Auto Batangas, Suzuki Auto Pulilan, Suzuki Auto Fairview,Hyundai Marilao
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
*At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
*Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet targets.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
*Customer-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work under pressure.
*Proficient in MS Office and sales management systems.
