Job Description
The Service Advisor is primarily responsible for direct contact with customers to provide advisory services related to required automotive service / repairs and consequently undertaking coordination with other work units of the organization to meet such requirements.
Location: MG Cainta, MG Pampanga, Suzuki Auto Batangas, Ford Commonwealth, Ford Balintawak
Qualifications
*Completion of a two year related technical/ vocational course is the minimum requirement but a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline on engineering or industrial technology is an advantage
*At least one year of related experience
*Persons being considered for appointment to the position should exhibit the following mandatory job dimensions at point of entry:
• Technical Proficiency
• Oral Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Sensitivity Skills
• Initiative and Resourcefulness
In addition, candidates for the position should be computer literate and capable of applying Microsoft office programs.
