Job Description
Responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer engagements—via phone calls, emails, and online platforms—to promote and sell Ford genuine parts. Provides basic product information, responds to online inquiries, generates leads, and builds long-term customer relationships.
Location: Ford Quezon Avenue
Qualifications
* Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Customer-service oriented with basic knowledge of MS Office.
