DCRC Supervisor

Job Description

The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer service operations within an automotive dealership or service center. This role ensures that all customer interactions—whether related to vehicle sales, service, or after-sales support—are handled professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards. The supervisor leads a team of customer service representatives, resolves escalated concerns, and works cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience.

Location: MG Makati

Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field.
*Experience: 2–3 years in customer service or client relations, preferably with supervisory experience. *Background in automotive, retail, or service industry is an advantage.
*Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
*Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle pressure. Proficient in MS Office and customer management systems.
*Attributes: Professional, patient, proactive, and responsible team player.
