Assistant General Manager

Job Description

Manages the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities align with company policies and objectives. Monitors the branch’s financial performance, prepares reports, and implements strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability. Recruits, trains, and evaluates branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of employee engagement. Ensures excellent customer service standards are maintained by addressing client concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction. Develops and implements business strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and customer acquisition.

Location: Suzuki Auto Commonwealth

Qualifications

*A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
*A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in banking or financial services, is often expected.
*Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial for success in this role.
