Job Description
Manages and supports the dealership's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems. Provides technical support, troubleshoots issues, ensures data security, and maintains system efficiency to support daily business operations.
Location: Ford Baliuag, Ford Commonwealth
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
*Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
*Experience in hardware/software installation and maintenance.
*Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud platforms (advantage).
*Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) preferred.
*Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
