Job Description
Proactively deliver the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that meet the Dealership’s sales department, specifically welcome them and treat them like family every time they enter the Dealership. Vital role in the delivery to the Ford Guest Experience strategy, particularly in the vital element of Welcoming customers as Special Guest.
Deliver a consistent, flawless and sustained execution of your aspects of the prescribed Ford Guest Experience Sales experience processes. Maximize all Ford Guest Experience CVP metrics, particularly focusing on the Welcome Me phase of the Sales processes.
Location: Ford Manila Bay
Qualifications
*Completion of any related bachelor’s degree course
*Preferred Experience in Sales, Hostility and Retail.
*Overwhelming guest mindset
